I worked until an unknown urine and had a Gram-positive cocci, that I recognized, such as Staphylococcus saprophyticus. 5 days later I returned to my seat EMB, which previously no growth and now have a medium pink colonies. I had a Gram stain and Gram-positive. Is this possible? Are there certain organizations Gram live position, which will eventually grow on EMB? The initial growth was the SBA and was definitely a kind of colony. It was a Gram-positive cocci, catalase +, coagulase -, novobiocin reisistant ==> staph saprophyticus. The colony has shown that EMF is definitely gram-positive cocci. I think that more than one gram positive development of the EMB and the whole saprophyticus.
